At Atriohill, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Atriohill account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
